The Unity in Diversity Foundation aims to support minorities and disadvantaged groups living in Hungary. Its goal is to create a cooperative society, to organise educational and social development programmes for both young people and adults, with a special focus on the integration of minorities and disadvantaged groups in Hungary.
The Foundation pays special attention within its social activities to maintain contacts with minorities and groups living in Hungary, and to discuss issues concerning minorities and disadvantaged groups, within this, especially to support the family, the basic unit of society, by means of social integration and education.
The Foundation wishes to support research and programmes dealing with minorities and disadvantaged groups living in Hungary, organisations already in existence (e.g. educational institutions, dance groups, art workshops, etc.), and may itself help to set up such organisations/institutions.
The Foundation pays special attention to the preservation and protection of the cultural heritage of minorities and disadvantaged groups in Hungary, and in this context supports programmes and efforts towards this.
